I spoke at the Valdez Consortium Library to an enthusiastic full-house. Flying into Valdez, the terminus of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline, was breathtakingly beautiful!
The full-house audience at the Kodiak Public Library was wonderful! Very exciting to get to see Kodiak after living in Southeast for so many years.
A place that will always be close to my heart, Dillingham was much of the inspiration for my first book Bristol Bay Summer. I gave my final presentation at the local Native corporation Curyung Community Center (pronounced Chugyung) to a full-house.
