Bellingham

Day 17: Saturday 10/12

Home again, home again, jiggety jig!

Made it home to Bellingham with a few minor gliches – broken telescoping suitcase handle and tooth! Actually, both were discovered after landing in Utqiagvik. I really missed that tooth for most of the tour, but fortunately, it didn’t hurt at all.  Only a couple days after getting home, thanks to modern dentistry and my attentive dentist, Dr. Chris Burton, I am as good as new. The suitcase took a little longer, but the company has assured me a replacement is in the mail.

My hubby Scott Miller and dog, Zz are photographed here, watching the Tube.

A special thank you to all who contributed to this Alaska Book Week Tour and to the many folks who turned out to hear about Elizabeth Peratrovich in Bethel, Utqiagvik, Anchorage, Valdez, Kodiak, and Dillingham. The experience has been a highlight in my life that I will always treasure.
